SBC Consulting Ltd. is owned and operated by Shaun Cairnes, a Quantity Surveyor with over 15 years experience in various sectors of the construction industry throughout the UK and New Zealand.

We aim to provide honest and trustworthy Quantity Surveying advice that adds value to your project or business. We will work to suit your timeframes, and deliver our services with accuracy and professionalism.
